Program Associate

Clinigen is a global specialty pharmaceutical services company focused on helping deliver medicines securely to patients worldwide. The purpose of this role is to:

• Support managed access programs that help patients receive treatment when and where it is needed
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of programs and the quality of service provided to clients
• Manage a busy workload, working across multiple programs simultaneously
  
  

As a Program Associate, you will provide support to the Program Management team and play an important role in the effective delivery of global managed access programs. You will help support client-facing operations through close coordination, monitoring, and reporting, while contributing to strong service delivery across a portfolio of programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Directors and Program Managers with monitoring and reporting across client and program portfolios
• Help manage and maintain client relationships as a dedicated Program Associate
• Monitor program progress against specifications, client KPIs, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main contact for clients and affiliates regarding order status updates and reporting requirements
• Monitor program inventory and coordinate with clients to ensure sufficient, timely stock provision
• Escalate operational issues and support their resolution with the operational team
  
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience in a customer service or coordination role
• Business-fluent English
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Eligibility to work in the UK
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CRM software
• Experience with Order Management software
