Job Description

The Role
We are looking for a Product Administrator to join the Gifting team, you’ll be supporting the Buying team. This is a varied role which will mean working with different team members across the week. 


What You’ll Take On
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will be required to maintain and help load excel spreadsheets and google docs for the team.
  • Helping with any administrative tasks needed across the team.
  • Building relationships with the suppliers, chasing deliveries and keeping the team and relevant documents up to date.
  • Attend a selection of supplier calls and support with the follow up actions.
  • Regular website checks, cross referencing what should be online.
  • Running and printing reports for the team.
  • Assisting with communication to stores with regards to Petites.


What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role. You will need good attention to detail, organisation and time management skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the team and suppliers. 

You will be using a variety of systems so strong IT skills will be advantageous; experience of Excel is required and knowledge of Google suite would be beneficial.
