Purpose

Support profitable growth and operational excellence by combining pricing analysis, offer validation support, performance reporting and process improvement. The role strengthens the Global Pricing team’s capacity, improves visibility and standardisation, and progressively takes ownership of a defined pricing portfolio and selected Business Excellence initiatives.

Key Missions

1. Offer validation and governance

• Support Offer Review and BRIC planning, preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain decision logs, action trackers and process documentation.
• Contribute to simplified approval workflows, escalation rules, guidance and training.
• Support management of validation lead times and process discipline.

2. Business Excellence and performance management

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for Pricing, workload, lead time, margin, bids, contracts and process efficiency.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks and standardise ways of working.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, onboarding materials and knowledge assets.
• Support adoption of Salesforce, Anaplan, Responsive and relevant workflow or reporting tools.
• Coordinate selected transformation initiatives and track delivery against the agreed backlog.

3. Offering pricing and tools

• Support pricing readiness for new offers.
• Contribute to standard price lists, pricing rules, calculators and commercial guidance.
• Support pricing master-data quality and continuous improvement of pricing tools.

4. Planned support to Bid and Contract Management

• Provide analysis, reporting or coordination support on selected bids.
• Respect Global Bids & Contract Manager’s accountability for bid strategy, pipeline and delivery.
• Use priorities and capacity allocation agreed by Maria and Lauren rather than ad hoc requests.
• Train on Responsive to provide controlled support within the agreed scope.

Profile & Other Information

• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales operations, Business Excellence, PMO or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and management reporting.
• Experience with process mapping, governance, change adoption or continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix and international environment.
• Structured, pragmatic and comfortable switching between BAU and improvement work.
• Fluent professional English.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to bids, tenders, contracts or commercial approvals.
• Experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, Power BI, Responsive or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of pricing governance, offer monetisation or strategic account management.
