Role: PMO and QA Analyst

Title: Associate/AVP

Location: London, UK

Experience: 3-5 Years

Mode of Work: Onsite

Required skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Quality Assurance, or Testing, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
• Proven experience maintaining RAID logs and milestone trackers across programmes involving 5+ stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on experience with testing, test case design, UAT, defect tracking, and evidence collection.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, including risks, issues, actions, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog, task, documentation, and programme tracking.
• Experience performing data validation and source-to-report reconciliation.
• Strong ability to prepare structured status reports, management reports, and programme documentation.
• Experience compiling compliance, audit, or regulatory evidence packs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies, documentation gaps, and process issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or structured project delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large financial institution, investment bank, or regulated financial-services organization.
• Experience supporting Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk, or Regulatory programmes.
• Experience with Fusion RM, Salesforce, or similar GRC/resilience platforms.
• Knowledge of DORA, PRA, ECB, or other financial-services regulatory requirements.
• Experience with resilience testing, dashboard validation, and regulatory evidence management.
