Company Description CLINIC4SPORT - Sports Injury Clinic is a medical practice based at Everlast Gym Chiswick (W4) and Dukes Meadows Tennis & Golf on Dan Mason Drive in Chiswick, Greater London (W4). The clinic focuses on assessing, treating, and rehabilitating sports-related and general musculoskeletal injuries. Working closely with active individuals and athletes, the team provides tailored treatment plans to support safe return to sport and daily activities. The clinic’s location within a sports environment enables practical, on-site rehabilitation and functional training. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Chiswick (W4) at CLINIC4SPORT - Sports Injury Clinic.

The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, creating individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for each patient. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical assessments, delivering hands-on therapy, prescribing exercise programs, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical notes, communicating clearly with patients about their treatment goals, and collaborating with other healthcare and sports professionals where appropriate. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to injury prevention advice, patient education, and may support clinic initiatives such as workshops, screenings, or community outreach activities.


Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current professional registration with the relevant UK regulatory body (e.g., HCPC and CSP).
  • Experience in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
  • Ability to design and progress individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to sporting demands and functional goals.
  • Strong patient-centered communication skills, including clear explanation of diagnoses, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
  • Excellent clinical documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a busy clinic environment.
  • Comfort working on-site within a sports facility and collaborating with coaches, trainers, and other health professionals.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development, including engagement with current research and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, showing initiative and sound clinical judgment.
  • Desirable: prior experience in private practice or sports injury clinics, familiarity with return-to-play protocols, and experience with performance or biomechanical screening.
  • Desirable: first aid or sports trauma training
  • Weekend availability is essential and Flexibility to work week day evenings in line with clinic and sporting schedules is required.



Additional Information

  • This is a part-time position based in Chiswick (W4).
  • Contract options available on either a Zero Hours or Self-Employed basis.
  • Compensation is competitive and will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, and contract arrangement.
  • The successful candidate must be comfortable managing both private and insurance-funded patients within a busy sports injury clinic setting
  • Sponsorship option available on request October 2026
