About You
You will have:
- experience of working in HR Administration environment within a large, complex organisation.
- ability to assess problems and provide effective and timely responses in difficult situations.
- experience of contributing to continuous process improvement or service enhancements.
- a working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- excellent customer service skills and experience of managing staff in a customer centric environment / team.
- experience of working in a service delivery led role using performance metrics to track service delivery and excellence.
