People & Culture Advisor

At The Travel Corporation, we believe that a great employee experience starts with people who genuinely care. We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor who shares that belief. Someone who leads with empathy, builds meaningful relationships, embraces collaboration and understands that behind every policy, process and decision, there's a person. This isn't just about providing HR advice. It's about creating an environment where people feel heard, respected, supported and empowered to do their best work.

As part of our People & Culture team, you'll play an important role in bringing our people-first approach to life.

• Be a trusted and approachable partner to employees and managers, offering thoughtful, practical HR guidance.
• Support employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, confidentiality and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Help create a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build strong relationships across teams, departments and our international business.
• Support People & Culture initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting using Dayforce.
• Champion our values and help ensure they're reflected in the way we work, communicate and make decisions.

We're looking for someone who brings both HR expertise and a genuine passion for people.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in an HR generalist or People & Culture advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
• A people-first mindset, with empathy, integrity and sound judgement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels.
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• The confidence to navigate sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
• Experience with HR systems, ideally Dayforce.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience in an international organisation would be a bonus.
