Patent Litigation Solicitor – Partner level

HLK is an IP powerhouse comprising over 200 people with offices in the UK and Germany. Our IP specialist solicitors, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys, provide a full suite of IP services advising across the globe and in all technical and scientific disciplines. We are seeking an experienced and senior Patent Litigator at partner level to join our UK team.

You will play a key role in helping to grow our UK patent litigation team handling a combination of national and UPC litigation matters.

A strong track record in business development and winning work is important and a desire to be part of a growing team in an area which is a strategic driver for the firm.

Ideally You Will Be

Over 10 years post qualified

A strong track record of leading patent litigation cases in all courts of England & Wales and experience of the UPC.

Commercially minded, self-motivated and client-focused with a track record of BD skills and winning work. A genuine desire to work in a team with a view to growing it.

Capable of working as part of the team and experience of managing more junior team members
