Operations Coordinator- 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Description
This position requires full-time presence in our London studio.
Responsibilities
-Assist with maintaining accurate records and database systems
-Assist with general stock takes and supplies ordering
-Support staff with making travel bookings through the third-party booking service
-Cover and support the FOH Office Coordinator when absent or away from the Front Desk
-Provide cover for other operational roles during periods of absence or leave
-Assist with AM/PM studio walkarounds to ensure the studio and its facilities remain organised and set up for efficient working
-Assist with coordinating studio improvement initiatives, facilities suppliers and maintenance visits
Undertake opening and closing duties as required
Health & Safety
-Provide support to the H&S team, including minute taking, weekly alarm testing and other H&S-related activities
-Support the planning and preparation of studio breakfasts, lunches and all staff events and trips
Skills and Experience
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Previous experience in a similar operational role
-Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
