Both posts require the successful candidate to communicate effectively with the wider multi-disciplinary team, autonomously adjust interventions to meet current needs/ identified risks and support the development of innovative models of care using evidence based practice and strengths based approaches. The post holder will work with registered Occupational Therapists to deliver interventions that support local and national drivers in improving patient and carer experience.

Line management supervision, caseload allocation and service development will be undertaken in collaboration with a Registered Occupational Therapist.

There is an ongoing commitment to providing dynamic professional and clinical supervision which meet our wider staff and service needs. Active engagement with peers across services is supported as is multidisciplinary working.

Support and development is promoted and encouraged through a variety of forums including participation in practice development groups, in house and external training.
