At Change Grow Live, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Design Manager to help shape how learning is experienced across our organisation and support the development of colleagues delivering life-changing services across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions, working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging digital, face-to-face and blended learning experiences that build capability and improve outcomes.

You'll lead on learning design standards, champion best practice, use insight and data to drive continuous improvement, and help ensure our workforce has the skills and confidence needed to support people facing a range of complex challenges.

We're keen to hear from people with experience in:

✅ Learning Design and Instructional Design

✅ Digital and Blended Learning

✅ Learning Technologies and LMS Platforms

✅ Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management

✅ Learning Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

✅ Health, Social Care, Education or Related Sectors
