Job Description

JOB TITLE: Leadership and Coaching Co-ordinator - 12 to 15 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

SALARY: £34,000

LOCATION(S): Bristol or Leeds

HOURS: Full-time, 12 to 15 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.

What you'll be doing:

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience across Lloyds Banking Group's Leadership and Coaching propositions. The role will coordinate and continuously improve leadership and coaching programmes, systems, processes and communications to ensure seamless delivery, high colleague satisfaction and strong business impact.

Working closely with leadership proposition owners, coaches, suppliers and stakeholders across the Group, the role will use insight, technology and AI-enabled solutions to optimise ways of working, enhance learner experiences and support the continuous evolution of our leadership and coaching offerings.

In this role you'll:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of leadership and coaching services and programmes, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience

  • Manage customer enquiries, providing timely responses, guidance, triage and referrals in line with agreed service levels

  • Oversee coach matching, scheduling, programme administration, attendance, capacity and demand through effective systems and reporting

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and development of internal and associate coaches

  • Act as a key contact for leadership and coaching suppliers and technology providers, ensuring services align with LBG standards, governance and quality requirements

  • Support programme communications, change activity, continuous improvement and supplier management processes, including sourcing requests and work orders.

What we're looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience overseeing end-to-end processes for coaching, leadership, learning or talent programmes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.

  • Experience working with complex systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to use data, insight and feedback to improve service delivery and outcomes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to wider business priorities.

And any experience of the following would be great:

  • Experience of using AI to optimise process design, efficiency and customer experience.
