Requirements
Requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting, analytics, and data models, with a strong preference for experience in AI-based HCM solutions. Professional certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or Power BI (PL-300) are preferred.

Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition /Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.
- Define reporting functional specs of above subject areas
- Work with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights
- Work with data modeling team to define reporting semantic model
- Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders.
- Participate in design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints, and hypercare support.
- Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, reporting in HCM
- Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration
- Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred
- Experience in advanced analytics and AI based solutions on HCM highly preferred
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise analytics platforms.
- Background in public sector or healthcare transformation programs.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
- PL 300 / Power BI certification.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent SME ownership.
