Duties and Responsibilities
Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Pro-actively generate new business.
Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products.
Experience using ArtiCAD planning software or similar.
Confident dealing with customers.
The ability to build great customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of managing a team
Someone who has experience in kitchen / bathroom sales.
A proactive person who can drive the business forward.
