Journeyman - Maintenance Operations

Join our maintenance operations team as an Operator II and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

 

Journeyman Certification is required for this role

 

What will you do?

• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues

• Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
