主な業務内容
決算・財務管理業務
- 月次・四半期・年次決算の取りまとめ
- 財務諸表および試算表の確認・分析
- 各種勘定科目のレビュー
- 決算スケジュールの管理および関係部門との調整
- 日本基準に基づく決算データの組替作業
- 連結報告資料の作成
- 連結会計システム（STRAVIS）へのデータ登録
- 本社経理部門との連携や各種問い合わせ対応
- グループ方針に基づく内部統制の運用
- 業務フローの見直しおよび改善提案
- 社内規程や承認プロセスの整備
- J-SOX関連業務のサポート
- 現地監査法人とのコミュニケーション・調整
- 日本側監査チームとの情報連携
- 監査資料の準備および説明対応
- 会計上の論点整理および課題対応
- 現地経営陣への各種情報提供
- 日本本社向けレポート作成
- 予実管理・経営分析資料の作成
- 経営課題に関するプロジェクトへの参画
必須条件
- 経理業務の実務経験（3年以上）
- 月次決算業務の経験
- 英語を使用したビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- Excelを活用したデータ集計・分析スキル
- UK GAAPまたはIFRSの知識・実務経験
- 日本基準による連結決算対応の経験
- STRAVISなど連結会計システムの使用経験
- 監査法人や税務アドバイザーとの折衝経験
- J-SOXを含む内部統制運用の経験
- ACA、ACCA、CAなど英国会計資格
- 日本公認会計士（CPA）資格
- US CPA資格
- Big4監査法人または会計事務所での業務経験
- 日本本社と海外拠点の橋渡し役として、自ら課題を発見し行動できる方
- 財務数値の理解に加え、事業や経営の視点で物事を考えられる方
- 多国籍な環境において円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
- ガバナンス強化や業務改革に積極的に取り組める方
- 将来的にマネジメントポジションを目指したい方
