Italian-Speaking Consultant and Senior Consultant
📍 London, UK | Hybrid
I'm currently working with a highly respected specialist management consultancy that partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to help build stronger organisations and deliver sustainable growth.
They're looking for an Italian-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join a high-performing international team delivering strategic organisational and operational projects across Europe.
What you'll be doing
- Working directly with senior executives and leadership teams on complex consulting engagements
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting business and organisational data
- Developing clear recommendations and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Leading project workstreams and managing key deliverables
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants
- Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices
What we're looking for
- 2–6 years' experience in management or strategy consulting
- Fluent English and Italian (essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across multiple industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI is advantageous)
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally when required
