Following continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London team and help drive the continued expansion of our North American business.

This opportunity would suit an experienced 360 recruiter looking to develop an international career, work larger-scale projects and access some of the most lucrative recruitment markets globally.

We support major projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East and APAC.

The Opportunity

• Develop relationships across the North American Heavy Civils market
• Manage a 360 recruitment desk with access to our client base
• Work on significantly higher-value fee opportunities
• Develop long-term partnerships with major players in the industry
• Travel internationally and build a global network
• Mentor and support junior consultants as the team continues to grow
• Play a key role in the continued growth of our North American business

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment environment
• Experience within Construction, Infrastructure or Engineering etc
• Strong business development and account management capability
• Proven billing track record
• Ambition to progress into leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build an international career

Earnings

Our consultants benefit from one of the most rewarding commission structures in the market, earning between 22% and 50% commission. With access to major North American infrastructure projects - there is a 6 figure earning potential for high performers.

We have consultants who have billed in excess of £200,000 in a quarter, and consultants with annual billings exceeding £1.5 million.
