As a Road Logistics Cross Border Specialist, you will play a key role in managing cross-border road freight operations across Europe, ensuring seamless movement of shipments while delivering outstanding customer service. Working closely with customers, carriers, customs teams, and colleagues across the Kuehne+Nagel network, you will help deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused transport solutions.

- Garantir excelência no atendimento, entregando satisfação e qualidade em cada interação;

- Manter perfis de clientes atualizados, limites de crédito saudáveis e tarifas válidas nos sistemas;
- Tratar reclamações e reivindicações com empatia, registrar corretamente e conduzir resoluções por meio dos canais internos adequados.
- Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;
- Vivência em processos operacionais e estratégicos de importação aérea, incluindo análise de embarques, gestão de prazos e acompanhamento de performance logística;
- Conhecimento em atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, com foco em esclarecer dúvidas, alinhar condições comerciais e garantir excelência na comunicação;
- Inglês intermediário.
