Requirements
Candidates should have a track record delivering technology advisory for M&A projects, including post-merger integration and carve-outs, and expertise in IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning. They should understand enterprise IT strategy, operating models, and infrastructure; experience with transition service agreement negotiations, Day-One planning, and synergy tracking is highly desirable.

Joining us in Technology Advisory
(UK wide / hybrid working)
Our Technology advisory team specialises in assisting our clients to achieve maximum value from their technology and their IT operations and enabling the optimal use of technology and IT capital for public and private sector organisations, agile SMEs and private equity investors. Technology facilitates insight, efficiency and control in businesses to drive performance. Inevitably as technology has developed, information and efficiency have become intertwined with the entire business life cycle and eco-system.
If you are an experienced Interim Technology Consultant who’s tired of choosing between freedom and meaningful work, there’s another route. Within our Technology Advisory team you’ll be given the opportunity to take on short- to medium-term projects that sharpen your expertise, stretch your thinking, and give you a different angle on familiar challenges - all without locking you into a single path.
Skills We Are Looking For
- Track record of experience delivering technology advisory for Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including post-merger integration and carve-outs.
- Expertise in IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning across pre-deal to execution stages
- Strong understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, strategy, including IT operating model design
- Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure and its role in M&A delivery
- TSA negotiation, Day-1 planning, and synergy tracking is highly desirable.
