Job Description
I’m recruiting for a Senior Manager to join a specialist Deals Indirect Tax team in London.
The role is focused on advising clients on the VAT implications of complex transactions and restructuring activity, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Refinancing and IPOs
- Carve outs and demergers
- International transactions and separations
- Transaction related VAT reporting and advice
You will also manage senior stakeholders, support business development and help develop junior members of the team.
The ideal background is:
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
- Strong UK and international VAT experience
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
