What you will do:

We're looking for an IBA Technician to join our Retail Insurer Broking Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team that plays an important role in the success of our business.

In this role, you'll help ensure insurer accounts are managed accurately and efficiently, supporting the timely settlement of invoices and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely with insurers, clients and internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to a high-performing team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile insurer statements and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

• Prepare and submit payment advice documentation to insurers.

• Complete daily and monthly reconciliations in line with team processes and controls.

• Calculate and process commissions accurately.

• Produce and distribute credit control and aged debt reports.

• Build effective working relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues to support the smooth running of accounts processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with Insurer Reconciliation.

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Experience using Acturis or Epic Applied (advantageous)
