We are looking for an organised, flexible, and empathetic HR Lead to join our team. This role requires someone with solid HR experience and knowledge in administration who can contribute to our supportive and dynamic workplace culture. In this position, you will play a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, compliance and ensuring all HR policies align with our commitment to providing exceptional care.
To be successful in this role you must develop a clear understanding of Onecare business objectives and be able to devise and implement the plan of action to select, develop and retain the right staff to meet these objectives.
- To work closely with Business development and Care Managers, assisting them to recruit the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.
- Manage and delegate the recruitment process – including posting job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms - Lead recruitment, selection strategies and succession planning.
- Provide lead to ensure the staff recruitment and selection procedures operate effectively at all stages from advertisement to appointment.
- To contribute in developing and implementing policies on issues like performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, absence management.
- Sponsored workers compliance according to UKVI regulations.

Experience
- Have min 2-3 years of experience of working as an HR Lead (Standalone role) - (ideally within Social healthcare) in an efficient and pro-active manner.
- A CIPD qualification is expected in Human resource management or a Degree or BTEC HNC/HND in human resource management.
- Experience of managing all aspects of the employee life cycle.

- Provide lead to ensure the staff recruitment and selection procedures operate effectively at all stages from advertisement to appointment.
- Ability to working under pressure and deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills, particularly in speaking to others on the telephone and drafting emails.
- Be able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills are required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of HR recruitment.
- Experience in recruitment and developing a well-functioning team - staff retention.
- A proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive and resilient who can be calm under pressure, able to multi-task and a good communicator at all levels.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
- Good Understanding of UK employment regulations and Sponsored workers compliance processes.
- Willingness to learn: Stay updated on the latest HR trends and laws.
Salary:
30,000£ to 32,000£ per annum (Based on Experience)
