You'll contribute to both existing services and new changes, working alongside colleagues across the team to:
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Look at colleague journeys and identify ways to simplify processes, improve quality and make services more efficient.
- Support the shaping, delivery, testing and embedding of service enhancements and process changes.
- Support governance, controls and risk activities, monitoring issues and actions and raising concerns where appropriate.
- Coordinate activities and provide clear updates to key collaborators and leaders as changes progress.
- Build your knowledge of annual Reward processes and HR service delivery while sharing learning across the team.
