Job Description

This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity to support and further develop the specialist IBD pharmacy service at St Mark's Hospital, the National Bowel Hospital, the UK's only specialist bowel hospital and a nationally and internationally recognised referral centre for intestinal and colorectal disorders.

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded multidisciplinary team caring for patients with complex inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal, hepatology and intestinal failure conditions. The role combines advanced clinical practice, service development, education, leadership, and research, providing specialist pharmaceutical care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to develop expertise in advanced therapies and biologics, contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives, and support the ongoing development of a nationally recognised tertiary IBD service. It is ideally suited to a pharmacist looking to broaden their clinical and leadership experience within a specialist gastroenterology setting.
