Job Responsibilities

Manage Stewarding & Housekeeping Operations
Oversee all accommodation, laundry, cleaning, and housekeeping services to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. -
Lead and Develop Stewarding Team
Allocate duties, supervise performance, provide training and coaching, and ensure adequate staffing levels across all stewarding functions.

Coordinate Heli-Administration Activities
Manage personnel movements, accommodation allocations, flight manifests, muster stations, lifeboat assignments, and associated administration. -
Maintain Health, Safety & Compliance Standards
Ensure compliance with company procedures, COSHH regulations, risk assessments, safe systems of work, and offshore health and safety requirements. -
Oversee Catering Support Services
Support meal service delivery, galley operations, stock control, pot wash management, and the maintenance of catering equipment and facilities. -
Manage Stocks, Budgets & Administration
Control cleaning and bond stock levels, complete stock takes, maintain records and logbooks, process cash reconciliation, and support operational reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Offshore Stewarding Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an offshore environment as a Steward, Leading Steward, or similar role. - Leadership & People Management Skills
Proven ability to supervise, motivate, train, and develop teams while maintaining high service standards. - Heli-Administration Knowledge
Experience managing personnel logistics, flight scheduling, accommodation allocation, and offshore movement systems. - Health & Hygiene Qualifications
Valid Health & Hygiene Certificate with a strong understanding of hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping best practices. - Relevant Offshore Certifications
GMDSS Certificate, CAA Certificate, and experience using Client Heli-Admin systems would be advantageous. - Strong Organisational & Communication Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, liaise effectively with clients and suppliers, and deliver excellent customer service.
