Job Description
What you can expect
Business Development & Market Growth

  • Develop and execute a Healthcare & Life Sciences growth strategy focused on Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare Products, and GDP-compliant logistics opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of strategic Healthcare & Life Science customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities within medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, biotech organisations, and healthcare distributors.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Monitor healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and operational teams to develop sector-specific customer solutions.


Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Supply Chain Directors, Procurement Leaders, Quality Managers, Operations Managers, and Executive Management.
  • Develop strategic account plans for designated Healthcare & Life Science customers.
  • Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling of logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Maintain regular business reviews and executive-level customer engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.


Healthcare & Life Science Expertise

  • Promote solutions supporting Medical Device and Healthcare supply chains, including:
  • Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, Temperature-Controlled Solutions, GDP-Compliant Transportation, Value-Added Healthcare Services
  • Develop a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support customers in identifying compliant and efficient logistics solutions for regulated healthcare products.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the Healthcare & Life Science vertical.


Sales Performance & CRM Management

  • Achieve personal sales targets and growth objectives established at country and regional level.
  • Maintain an accurate and actively managed sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Ensure all opportunities, activities, forecasts, and customer interactions are documented according to company standards.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
  • Comply with all company sales processes, KPI requirements, and reporting standards.


Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Product Management, Quality, and Customer Service teams to deliver healthcare-specific solutions.
  • Engage healthcare subject matter experts during customer opportunities and strategic projects.
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of sales colleagues regarding Healthcare & Life Science market opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, healthcare trade fairs, and customer networking activities.


What you bring
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience within Healthcare & Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare Logistics.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences market, including regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of GDP-compliant, temperature-controlled, and healthcare logistics solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and drive profitable growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
