Job Description

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and caring Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to join the Surgical Assessment Unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. In this role, you will support the nursing team with delivering patient care, assisting with daily activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring patients are always treated with dignity and respect. Previous care experience is desirable, along with good communication skills and a compassionate approach.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) may be able to provide visa sponsorship for certain roles, subject to the post meeting the relevant eligibility criteria. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis following interview and during the pre-employment verification process. Applicants must state their current right to work in their application.

- This is a permanent, part-time post of 28.12 hours per week
- The role is based at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Corsebar Road, Paisley, PA2 9PN
- The shift pattern is days 8am to 8pm & 12pm 12am.
