The candidate must be able to provide assurance that zone-based services are customer-focused and performance-driven. Additionally, the role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rota for one week in every four.

About The Role

The postholder will provide clear leadership of the customer interface between the University and the Estates Department, setting service standards, shaping customer experience, and ensuring that maintenance requests are understood, prioritised, communicated effectively, and resolved or escalated appropriately.
About You
You will support the Zone Operations Manager by providing assurance that zone-based services are customer-focused, performance-driven, and continuously improving, while acting as the senior customer advocate within Estates Maintenance Operations.
You will also work closely with the Head of Maintenance Operations and the Head of Maintenance - Building Fabric.
You will need to work on an out of hours on call rota with other team members on basis of 24/7 availability 1 week in 4 (13 weeks per annum).
