£75,000 + Annual Bonus


Your new role

Hays are working with business in Normanton who are in growth and are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Corporate Accounts Sales Manager to lead a successful Corporate Accounts team and drive profitable growth across a portfolio of key national customers.


Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of ambitious sales, profit, retention and growth targets. This is a leadership role suited to an individual who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.


Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 10 Account Managers.Manage a portfolio of around 155 Corporate Account customers.

  • Deliver sales, gross profit, retention and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute robust account growth plans for all key customers.
  • Increase customer spend and product penetration across a broad portfolio of products and services.
  • Coach and support Account Managers in customer development, account planning and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPI tracking, reporting and forecasting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
  • Support customer tenders, contract renewals and strategic presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including Marketing, Procurement and Category teams.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor account profitability and customer performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
