THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a key leadership role within Chipotle's European growth strategy.

You'll lead the construction delivery of new restaurants across the UK and Europe, partnering closely with Property, Design, Operations and Facilities to create a scalable platform that supports long-term growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the delivery of new restaurants, refurbishments and capital projects across multiple European markets, from due diligence through to opening.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise during site selection, helping assess feasibility, cost, programme and delivery risk before commitments are made.
• Own project budgets, schedules and construction delivery, including cost planning, procurement, contractor management, forecasting and change control.
• Build and lead a high-performing network of project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants and suppliers, while partnering closely with Facilities & Maintenance to ensure restaurants can be operated and maintained effectively long after opening day.
• Partner closely with the Design team throughout the project lifecycle, with Design leading restaurant concept and customer experience, and Construction leading technical delivery, programme, cost and build execution.
• Develop scalable construction standards, project controls and reporting that support Chipotle's continued growth across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Significant experience delivering construction and development projects in restaurant, retail or multi-site hospitality environments.
• A proven track record of leading multiple projects from feasibility and pre-construction through to opening.
• Strong commercial expertise across cost management, procurement, contractor negotiations, forecasting and change control.
• The ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and lead internal and external teams effectively.
• Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions. European restaurant, retail or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• A relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience. RICS, CIOB or similar accreditation is desirable.
• Fluent English. French and/or German language skills would be an advantage.
• A willingness to travel regularly across Europe and spend time in market supporting projects and opening new restaurants.
