Job Description
Head of Human Resources Development — Omega
About Omega
Omega is a UK FCA-authorised digital private banking platform built for corporate complexity, multi-entity holding structures, family offices, fund vehicles, and cross-border operations. Distributed exclusively through a professional introducer network of accountants, lawyers, and corporate service providers, Omega combines multi-currency accounts, accounting infrastructure, legal support, and virtual office services into a single integrated platform. We help complex businesses operate with clarity and control, so they can focus on growth rather than operational friction.
The Role
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, leading the design and execution of Omega's people strategy as the company scales. You'll own the full HR function end-to-end, from talent acquisition through to organisational development, reporting directly into senior leadership and shaping how Omega builds and retains its team through a high-growth period.
What you'll do
- Design and implement Omega's HR development strategy: recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, offer management — for roles across the business
- Build and govern HR policies and programmes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance
- Guide and support hiring managers across departments on people decisions and best practice
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and engagement programmes
- Partner with senior leadership to shape organisational culture and structure as the company grows
- Ensure compliance with UK and international employment law, particularly across hybrid/distributed teams
- Use HR and recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve employee experience
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning as Omega expands into new markets
What we're looking for
- Proven experience designing and executing HR strategy in a fast-moving business, ideally fintech, financial services, or a comparable regulated environment
- Strong track record in talent scouting and full-cycle recruitment
- Demonstrated HR policy development, implementation, and governance experience
- Experience handling employee relations with judgment and discretion
- Working knowledge of UK and international employment law, particularly in hybrid environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at leadership level
- Comfortable using HR data and metrics to inform strategy, not just report on it
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field; CIPD or equivalent advantageous
Salary: £35,000–£50,000, dependent on experience
Visa sponsorship: available for candidates meeting UK Skilled Worker visa requirements
- Location: Remote/Hybrid (London)
