About This Opportunity

We are offering an HR placement in Reading designed for a motivated early-career talent to support People Business Partner (PBP) activities across the UK with extensive focus in Reading. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR work, partner with business leaders, and learn the end-to-end HR agenda in a global, fast-moving organization.

What you will do:

  • Support People Business Partners in day-to-day HR activities and stakeholder management across UK and potentially other countries of the region.
  • Help execute local and regional people strategic programs
  • Interpreting and taking action in accordance to people analytics
  • Support compliance activities, such as employment relations and policy review
  • Participate in change and organizational initiatives, helping prepare communications plans

Who we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in developing a career in HR and People Business Partnering
  • Good analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Proactive, curious, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multicultural team
  • Programme management and AI skills.
