Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.

• Assist in identifying operational improvements and process optimisation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of business analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
