- Interacting closely with colleagues and third-party agents and stakeholders (including directors, employees and creditors) in order to achieve case aims and objectives
- Participating in business development events
- Attending to any other administrative tasks required by the role
- Four Highers (or the equivalent) - B Grades or above, including Maths and English
- A minimum 2:1 university degree is required
- Previous experience or internships in financial or legal service is advantageous but not essential
- Keen interest in financial and commercial matters - and drive, enthusiasm and commitment to lean and develop - individually and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills, and an ability to remain calm and focused whilst addressing competing priorities
- An ability to critically assess tasks and to present solutions
- Outgoing personality traits and an ability to communicate confidently, articulately and effectively - where stakeholder conversations could be taking place under difficult circumstances
- An ability to deliver a consistently high standard of written work - and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is preferable but not essential.
The individual will require to be flexible in their working environment, with a mixture of working from Interpath offices and client sites, as required.
As part of your application, please submit a covering letter detailing your interest in the Graduate Associate role at Interpath and your relevant experiences.
