The role will operate at Place level, working in partnership with system leaders, clinicians, PCNs, GP practices, community respiratory teams, acute respiratory services, Virtual Ward, the Locality Hub and the Solihull Neighbourhood Coach to influence the design, delivery and embedding of respiratory pathways that support admission avoidance, earlier intervention and improved outcomes for local populations.
