Job Description

Are you a highly organised coordinator who thrives on bringing people together, managing complexity, and ensuring projects are delivered right first time?

Arla Foods is seeking a Global Product Coordinator to join our Global Product Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. Acting as the operational backbone of Global Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in turning approved business decisions into successful product and packaging implementations.

Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will coordinate product launches, packaging updates, assortment changes and implementation projects, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and on time. You'll serve as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Dairies, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS, Suppliers and Master Data teams, driving alignment and execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

How You Will Make An Impact

As Global Product Coordinator, you will play a critical role in transforming approved business decisions into successful product and packaging implementations across the UK market and manufacturing sites. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage timelines, maintain data quality, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently from approval through to execution.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Coordinate the successful delivery of product launches, packaging changes, assortment updates and product lifecycle activities, ensuring implementation plans are executed on time and key milestones are achieved in close collaboration with the Global Product Manager.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, including new product development, product transfers, dairy volume shifts, contingency initiatives and product maintenance activities, driving alignment across stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Manage artwork and packaging implementation activities, coordinating printers, suppliers, dairies and packaging partners to ensure accurate approvals, seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Act as the operational gatekeeper for product and packaging implementation, validating project information, ensuring feasibility assessments are completed, maintaining stakeholder alignment and driving execution through business systems and project management tools.
  • Build strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS and Global Product Administration teams, providing product and packaging expertise, supporting master data governance and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

What Will Make You Successful

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys connecting people, driving progress and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You will have strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across functions, build trusted relationships and challenge constructively when needed.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail while keeping a clear focus on delivery. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure when navigating complex projects, changing priorities and implementation challenges.

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates curiosity for systems, processes and data, has strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn, grow and continuously improve. FMCG experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

What do we offer?

We’re committed to supporting your growth and development, offering internal and external training opportunities. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, matched pension contributions up to 6%, life assurance, and flexible benefits.
