We are looking for a Global Category Buyer to help deliver value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Global Category Buyer, you will support the delivery of global procurement strategies by:
- Managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management activities
- Supporting the development and execution of category strategies
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Identifying cost-saving, quality, and service improvement opportunities
- Analysing procurement and market data to provide actionable insights
- Monitoring supplier performance and supporting issue resolution
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Norgine.

- Experience in procurement and category management
- Previous experience in Paper-based Categories is a plus.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Exposure to procurement data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
