A VC-backed AI platform ranked in the UK's top 20 most promising startups is doubling its engineering team from 7 to 15.

The product handles hundreds of millions of events monthly, runs AI-powered personalisation across thousands of enterprise accounts, and is used by Canva, Ramp and Elastic among others.

The founders and product team lead client conversations so engineers can focus on building. The sales team uses the product daily and customer success are vocal, so you always know whether what you shipped is working.

You'll own problems end to end. Take a requirement, shape the approach, build it across the full stack, and iterate. No ticket queues. No waiting for a spec.

Stack: Go, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, BigQuery, AWS, GCP, Anthropic and OpenAI. Every engineer gets Claude Team and Cursor. You're expected to think with AI, not alongside it.

They're looking for product-minded engineers who've led projects from brief>shipped product ideally in startup/fast-moving teams - with production experience in at least one of Golang, Typescript/React and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP - and willingness to learn the rest of the stack.

Mid to senior levels available, paying between £70,000 to £130,000 + equity depending on experience. VISA sponsorship also available.
