French speaking Strategy Consultant
Requirements
Applicants need fluent French and English, at least three years of strategy consulting or genuine in-house strategy experience, and experience leading client workstreams or complex strategic projects. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, executive presentation and workshop facilitation abilities, client and junior colleague management experience, a master's degree with a strong academic record, and willingness to travel internationally are also required; additional European languages are beneficial.
Job Description
You will work directly with leadership teams to assess opportunities, set strategic priorities, and build practical plans around them. The firm remains involved during implementation, helping clients build the capability to continue delivering after the engagement ends.
Projects span different sectors and international markets, with technology and AI-supported research helping consultants develop insights and keep complex programmes moving.
The role
- You will take ownership of client workstreams from initial analysis through to implementation.
- Develop practical strategies, business plans and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Guide junior consultants and review their work
- Help improve the tools and processes used across client projects
- Fluent French and English
- At least three years’ strategy consulting or genuine in-house strategy experience
- Experience leading client workstreams or complex strategic projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Confident presenting to executives and facilitating workshops
- Comfortable managing clients and supporting junior colleagues
- Master’s degree with a strong academic record
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Additional European languages would be beneficial.
- Up to £76,000 OTE
