French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant
📍 London, UK | Hybrid
I’m partnering with a specialist consultancy that advises businesses and investors on complex organisational and performance challenges. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their London office.
The role offers the opportunity to work across European engagements, supporting senior leadership teams and private equity-backed organisations through periods of transformation, growth and change.
The Role:
Working within small project teams, you’ll have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and interact directly with senior decision-makers. Your work will involve:
- Evaluating business performance, organisational structures and ways of working
- Identifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness
- Building data-led insights and translating them into practical recommendations
- Owning key elements and workstreams across client engagements
- Working closely with senior management and executive teams
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of organisational change
- Coaching junior colleagues and contributing to internal knowledge and best practice
Your background
They are looking for someone who brings:
- 2–6 years of experience within management, strategy or transformation consulting
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Confidence communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement and an interest in how organisations operate and perform
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexibility to travel across Europe depending on client requirements
