HERBIES PIZZA is a growing UK pizza brand headquartered in Reading, with 24 successful franchise stores across the UK. We are looking for motivated, business-minded individuals who are ready to own and operate their own HERBIES PIZZA franchise.

This is not a salaried position - it is a business ownership opportunity. As a Franchise Owner, you'll operate your own store under an established brand, supported by our proven systems, operational guidance, and ongoing Head Office support.

An initial investment is required to secure your franchise.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your store.
• Recruit, train, and lead your team.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
• Manage stock, budgets, and overall store performance.
• Drive local sales while maintaining HERBIES PIZZA brand standards.

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial and business-minded individuals.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic financial and business management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is an advantage but not essential.
