Job Description

Founding Sales Lead

Remote | Global | Relocation to UAE if you want it | Commission & revenue-share to start | Ground floor of something new

This role is listed globally. Wherever you are, you can apply.

This is probably you:

You're ambitious in a way most people around you don't quite get. You aspire for more: money, influence, a real seat at the table and you're tired of pretending that's not true.

You already see where AI is going. Not in a vague "it's the future" way - you can picture exactly what it becomes, and something in you refuses to just watch it happen to other people whilst you sit on the sidelines.

You know how to sell. Not just a product - a vision, a room, a relationship and tell a story. You build networks and friendships out of nothing, and people act on what you tell them. Maybe you've started something before. Worked, didn't work, doesn't matter. You've still got the itch. You know you're capable of more than your current situation will ever let you prove.

You don't have the technical team to build what you're picturing. You don't have the delivery bench. That's fine - that's exactly why I'm writing this.

Every hundred years or so, the way companies get built changes forvever:

It happened with the factory. It happened with the computer. It's happening again right now, and most of the world hasn't noticed yet.

AI isn't coming, it's already quietly rewriting how work gets done inside almost every business on the planet. You've felt it. Your job, your tools, your industry, have likely already changed the way you work or have already been impacted, I still believe we're still only on day one.

I believe this is what what comes next: a company where humans and AI agents don't just coexist, they work as one team. No bloated hierarchy, no armies of people doing work a handful of agents could do better. Just a small, sharp, fast-moving collective building things most companies won't understand for another five years.

I've already put together a genuinely impressive team to make this real - engineers and builders who ship the same day a new model drops, one of the best technical benches I've ever been part of. What I don't have yet is you.

About Sensecore:

Sensecore helps SMEs become AI-native, finding exactly where AI can strip out cost, friction and wasted hours, then building the thing that fixes it. Sometimes that's an AI employee. Sometimes an agentic workflow, an automated pipeline, a smarter integration or an AI powered internal tool or system. We don't force one product on everyone. We find the real problem and build the right weapon for it.

We run the company this way ourselves. George, our AI CEO, delegates real work across a bench of specialist AI agents and humans. The best companies of the next decade won't look anything like the companies of today. They'll be small, sharp collectives of AI-native operators who can build, sell and launch faster than businesses ten times their size. That's not a prediction - it's what we're already doing.

The opportunity

There's no SDR team feeding you leads, no bloated CRM, no sales process to inherit. What there is: a razor-sharp offer, a technical team that builds faster than most companies can comprehend, and a market that barely understands what's about to hit it.

Your job is to find that market first, get in front of the people who own these businesses, understand what's bleeding them time and money, and turn it into a deal.

You bring the opportunity and tell the story. We build the thing. You earn commission on the deal, and keep earning it for as long as that client stays with us - terms agreed upfront, always in writing.

As revenue grows, your seat grows with it. Build your own team underneath you. Become Head of Sales, Commercial Director, CRO, whatever title (if you want one) fits the empire you build. Nobody hands that to you here. You take it, because you earned it.

This isn't a job description. It's a founding seat. It goes exactly as far as you take it.

How we work

The people who join now shape what this becomes - the culture, the offer, the markets we chase, how we sell, how we operate. You're building this from the studs up, not stepping into a finished machine.

We're remote, but never disconnected. As we grow, we'll bring the collective together in person to place like: London, Dubai, Austin, Miami, wherever makes sense - for a week or two, at least once a quarter. Build together. Close deals. Ship real things. Then scatter and do it again.

Sensecore is based in Dubai. No obligation to relocate - but for the people who go all in for the long haul, UAE relocation and visa sponsorship is on the table.

The economics

Let's be straight about this part: right now, every role at Sensecore - including this one - is commission only. No base, no guaranteed salary, not yet.

Here's why that's not a red flag. You're good enough at this to be worth commission in perpetuity, you bring in a client, you earn on that client for as long as they stay with us, not just the first deal. Moving every seat in this company to salaried is the actual plan, not a someday-maybe. We're building toward it as fast as revenue lets us, and the earlier you're in, the more of that upside is yours.

You're not doing this because you need a safety net. You're doing this because you already believe in where AI is going, you want to be on the ground floor of a company built differently, and you know you're good enough at sales to bet on yourself before anyone else bets on you. You don't need to quit your current thing to start, bring in your first clients alongside it, build recurring income, and prove the model with us.

Be clear-eyed: this is high upside, not low risk. If you need predictable income right now, this isn't the seat. If you want to earn real ownership through what you build, on commission that compounds while we race to make every seat here salaried - this is exactly the seat.

How to apply:

You can apply via Linkedin easy apply to send us your details so that we can have a chat but we don't do CVs here. You can reach out to Olly directly at Olly@sensecore.co.uk or on LinkedIn and let's have a chat.

Before we do, send me

  • Something you've sold, and how you actually made it happen
  • A business or sector you think Sensecore should go after
  • How you'd start the first conversation with a decision-maker in that market
  • Why this makes more sense for you right now than staying where you are

Loom, voice note, screenshots, numbers, a written note - whatever shows me how you think and what you've actually made happen before.

There are only a small number of founding seats.

If you've spent years feeling underused, underestimated, wanted to start something but never had the right people around you, or stuck waiting for someone to hand you a real shot - this might be it.

Come build it with us.

About Sensecore

Most people think a computer is a tool. We think a computer can be a colleague. At Sensecore, we build digital employees that join your business, learn your workflows, and quietly take the repetitive work off your team. They work inside your actual systems — not a separate dashboard or chatbot. They handle the admin, the follow-ups, the ops work that eats your team's time. It doesn't sleep. It doesn't forget. It just runs in the background, making your team faster, lighter, and more human. We handle the setup, training, and ongoing management. Your business gets the leverage without the technical complexity. It's the most useful thing a computer can be, and it's here now. We call ours George, what will you name yours?
