I'm partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that's building software to remove one of the biggest bottlenecks in industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy, helping complex real-world work move at software speed.

The company has recently raised an oversubscribed multi-million dollar Seed round from top-tier investors and is preparing for its Series A. The team includes former founding engineers and talent from some of the world's leading technology companies, and they're looking for people who thrive in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

The Role

They're looking for a Founding Product Engineer who thinks in user workflows, not tickets.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help decide what should be built, own it from idea to production, and work closely with users to solve meaningful problems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end product experiences, from frontend to backend.
• Design intuitive workflows for complex real-world problems.
• Ship production features from your first day.
• Build with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, agents, and model-backed APIs.
• Own features from product definition through deployment.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and iterate quickly.

What They're Looking For

• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Backend development experience with Python.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products using LLMs, agents, or similar technologies.
• Product-minded engineers who enjoy making decisions, not just implementing specifications.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
