Working directly with customers and internal product and engineering teams, you will spend time understanding workflows, identifying challenges and translating insights from the field into improvements to the core product.

This is a highly hands-on role combining software engineering, AI implementation, technical delivery and customer engagement. You will have significant ownership over what you build, how it is delivered and the impact it creates.

  • Contribute to engineering standards, development practices and the overall velocity of the team.
  • Communicate technical decisions, implementation progress and customer feedback effectively across engineering and business functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong software engineering capabilities, with experience building and delivering production-ready applications.
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and deployment.
  • Strong Python development experience, ideally using FastAPI.

  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to understand problems and deliver solutions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues and take ownership of resolving them.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, product and business teams.
  • An outcome-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering meaningful value to customers.

Working Environment

  • This is a highly collaborative, hands-on environment where engineers have significant ownership and direct exposure to both customers and senior leadership.
