Job Description
About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations run and turn real-world needs into reliable production systems.

Own product areas from the start, collaborating closely with the founding team.
Ship production software quickly and improve it through direct observation and user feedback.
Assess customer requests and prioritize solutions that can serve broader needs.
Review customer documents, calls, and real-world outputs to develop AI workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of experience in software engineering or product engineering.
Full-stack development experience, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience building and shipping products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup environment.
