As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Food Pricing Lead to join our team, helping to shape innovative food solutions and win strategic new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland.


As Food Pricing Lead, you will act as the pricing and estimating subject matter expert, partnering with Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams to develop compelling, commercially robust food service solutions for prospective and existing clients.

You'll play a critical role in translating customer requirements into winning commercial proposals, balancing customer needs with profitability, operational delivery and risk management. Working within a fast-paced bid environment, you'll lead pricing activities from opportunity qualification through to governance and contract award.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading the pricing and commercial modelling of food-focused bids and solutions.
  • Developing innovative, commercially attractive and cost-effective proposals.
  • Building and owning complex financial models, pricing assumptions and scenario analyses.
  • Partnering with Business Development teams to shape bid strategies and customer propositions.
  • Analysing sales mixes, labour models, operational requirements and market data.
  • Identifying commercial risks and opportunities and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting governance and approval processes through clear commercial insight and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Procurement teams on supply chain strategies and value creation opportunities.
  • Managing key stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver high-quality submissions within challenging deadlines.
  • Driving continuous improvement in pricing tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Providing peer reviews and commercial challenge to ensure robust, accurate modelling.


The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a commercially minded individual who combines analytical excellence with strong stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within Food Services, Catering, Hospitality, IFM or Outsourcing environments.
  • A background in Food Pricing, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Procurement, Commercial Management or Operations.
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of profit drivers.
  • The ability to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into practical commercial solutions.
  • Experience working on bids, tenders, pricing exercises or large commercial proposals.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
