Role summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist is the engine room of the organization's planning and forecasting capability. This role designs and operates the financial modeling and budget management infrastructure that converts operational activity data into forward-looking financial intelligence — building the models, running the planning cycles, and producing the variance commentary that enables leadership to understand where the business is and where it is headed. The role serves as the analytical backbone of the Finance function, ensuring that financial planning is rigorous, timely, and calibrated to the business's evolving commercial model.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel: financial modeling, consolidation workbooks, formulas, pivots.
  • Management accounting and P&L fundamentals.
  • Strong written communication, for variance commentary and executive packs.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across commercial, delivery and product teams.
  • Exposure to SaaS or software revenue models.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Working in English.
  • Lead      and execute the annual budget-build process, coordinating submissions from      business functions, consolidating inputs into the enterprise-wide      operating budget, and preparing the management presentation package for      executive review and approval
  • Develop      and maintain rolling financial forecasts at defined cadences, integrating      operational inputs from commercial, delivery, and product functions into      updated projections that reflect current business reality
  • Produce      periodic variance analysis packages, comparing actuals against plan across      all major cost and revenue categories, with narrative commentary that      isolates root causes and frames management actions
  • Administer      cost allocation frameworks across business units and functional areas,      ensuring that direct and indirect cost structures are accurately reflected      in P&L reporting at the granularity required for management      decision-making
  • Build      and maintain scenario and sensitivity models to support specific      investment decisions, commercial bids, or strategic options as directed by      senior finance leadership, surfacing financial trade-offs with clarity
