Requirements
Applicants must hold an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification and have experience in education, charity, or not-for-profit organisations. They should also bring strong people-management experience, excellent financial and management reporting skills, strong controls and analytical capability, knowledge of Excel and finance systems, and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for financial operations, reporting, controls and team leadership.
You must have:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- Education, charity or not-for-profit sector experience
- Strong people management experience
- Excellent financial and management reporting skills
- Strong controls, compliance and analytical capability
- Excellent Excel and finance systems knowledge
- The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
Working pattern: Predominantly office based, with up to 2 days working from home per week maximum.
