Candidates should have experience delivering finance transformation and systems projects, familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, Unit4, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Waterfall, or Agile.

Finance PMO - 12 month FTC
An international services organisation is looking for an experienced Finance PMO / Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Finance Systems & Finance Transformation projects and improvement initiatives!
The company is looking for an experienced Finance PM to bring structure, governance and delivery to finance projects, including the integration of new acquisitions, finance process harmonisation, financial systems integration and rollout projects, among other areas.
This is an exciting role in a fast-paced dynamic global business and will suit an experienced Finance Project Manager or PMO with strong Project Management, governance and delivery skills for a range of finance and ERP systems initiatives.
Role:
- Manage key projects in the areas of finance transformation and financial systems
- Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate to project plans and manage project delivery end-to-end
- Create, own and deliver PMO and Project Portfolio Management function through the projects end-to-end
- Coordinate and drive key stakeholders in the project team towards delivery against scope definitions eg: time/scope/budget, collaborating and escalating as required
- Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope and cross-functional teams. Maintain a central RAID, action logs and report on progrerss
- Define and manage Project Controls, Risk, Budget, Resources according to Project Plan
Your profile
- Experienced Finance Project Manager or Finance PMO
- Excellent Project Management / PMO skills:
- Finance knowledge and experience: e.g. Accounting, R2R, P2P, O2C processes, Financial Controlling and Reporting
- Ability to work with finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate to project deliverables
- Experience delivering a range of finance & transformation projects
- Prior Financial Systems experience; e.g. Oracle ERP solutions, Netsuite, Unit4, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar
- Project Management skills: Prince2, PMP, Waterfall, Agile or similar
Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with possibility to extend
Location: London area, hybrid working in Southeast and Central London
70-80k salary depending on experience, +benefits
